The purpose of the Code of Ethics is to is to promote public interest and maintain respect of people in the community for mission and work.

Prohibitions include: Solicit or accept gifts; misuse public position; do business with one's own business i.e. no conflict of interest of; or contract with relatives.

Requirements include: File financial form annually even if left trustee with the year; disclose conflicts of interest; respond as a board to complaints from the community; respond promptly to requests with out reason to see board documentation.
